WE ARE INSTRUMENTAL'S MISSION IS TO IMPROVE ACCESSIBILITY TO MUSICAL EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN IN NORTHERN NY BY PROVIDING WELL-WORKING INSTRUMENTS AND DYNAMIC ENRICHMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND SUPPORTING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF OUR EFFORTS THROUGH RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF THE REGION.
