    The Harm Free Zone HFZ The Harm Free Zone supports a community-centered vision that helps us repair the damage of racism and the oppression of poor people of color by providing tools and training to strengthen and develop capacity to prevent, confront and transform harm. The 4 components of the Harm Free Zone are: Transformative Justice Training Book study and Documentary and discussion series Civic engagement & Direct action Participatory Defense Collective Sun Reshape the Mourning Collective Sun is a multi-media immersive community intervention performance that addresses the impact of criminalization and incarceration on the Black community. We Gonna Heal We gonna heal is a series of events and/or collaborative healing spaces that prioritize the collective needs of Black people, surviving generational trauma, to give and receive deep transformative healing that is rooted in our customs, rituals, resilience, radical imagination and historical analysis.

    Over 1000 people and over 600 families were served by providing meals, movement classes, art classes, community conversation and dinners, and wellness services at no cost to participants. The Harm Free Zone HFZ supports a community centered vision that helps us repair the damage of racism and the oppression of poor people of color by providing tools and training to strengthen and develop capacity to prevent, confront, and transform harm. For 2025, completed one twelve-week Harm Free Zone training graduating 22 community members.
