The purpose for which this Corporation is organized is to engage in any such lawful act and/or activity under the General Law of Maine other than the banking business, trust company business or the practice of a profession not permitted to be incorporated by and pursuant to the Maine Corporations Statute. Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The mission of the “Our Heros Military Museum” is to provide for the betterment of all people in understanding U.S. Military History and what it means to America. To provide military historical information, education to the public and to other institutions, and for all people served in the community.
