THE VMHS AFFILIATION WITH VIRGINIA MASON FRANCISAN HEALTH ENDED IN 2023. WITH THE END OF THE AFFILIATION, VMHS WAS DISSOLVED. THE ENTITY IS CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS WRAPPING UP DISSOLUTION.
