    HOUSING -LASA provides housing to families experiencing homelessness with the provision of emergency shelter and permanent housing. Shelter and Permanent Supportive Housing comes with utilities, furnishings, access to essential needs closet and complementary services. Complementary services include:Thanksgiving and Christmas Meal program; Santa Cruise event with Santa pictures and shopping for family members. Help furnishing a new home; transportation help to court and medical appointments, use of computer lab, otherPREVENTION -Services provided at LASA's Client Services Center helped over 750 individuals and householdsPayment of water billAccess to Essential Needs ClosetVouchers for work clothes at GoodwillBus vouchersEmergency rental paymentCOURT RESOURCE CENTER - LASA staffed present the Court Resource Center in downtown Tacoma 20 hours per week. Services were offered as well as referrals.
