Comprehensive Medical and Wellness Services
Medical and wellness services include primary care, urgent care and integrated behavioral health services to meet the needs of its patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. Services include the diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury, chronic disease management, substance use disorder treatment, health education, and preventive care. Services also include maternity support, obstetrics, and preventative medicine specialists. Enabling, resource brokering, and homeless outreach services also are offered. CHAS provides care through eleven primary care sites, two urgent care centers, and two school-based locations. General dentistry services include oral health exams, hygiene, and diagnostic and restorative services to prevent and contain the oral health disease process.
