Family Promise of Spokane's homelessness prevention programs dramatically increased in the fiscal year as they administered two large housing & rental assistance grants from the City of Spokane as well as several smaller private grants that resulted in serving 605 households (over 1,800 people). Family Promise of Spokane operates a Stabilization program that works with families that we have helped obtain permanent housing. The program provides assistance with donated household furnishings, assistance with connecting to community resources and overall support to help ensure families are able to continue to meet their obligations to stay in their homes.
