Our 49 bed hospital provided patient and ancillary services to 2,704 inpatients and 133,194 outpatients during the 2017 tax year. The hospital provides emergency medical services regardless of ability to pay. Emergency medical services were provided to 16,811 individuals, and 1,748 of those individuals were admitted to the hospital. 4,395 surgical procedures were performed in the hospital during the tax year. The imaging department performed 48,108 procedures. 63,185 physical therapy 15-minute procedures were provided to area residents. Skilled nursing and long term care services were provided by our 60 bed skilled nursing facility. Heritage Place provides healing and compassionate residential care in a home like setting. Total admissions for the 2017 tax year were 137 and total resident days of care were 18,606. An average of 51 residents per day were provided long term care and nursing. The hospital operates 10 family and specialty physician services clinics providing care in the following areas: Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Neurology, Pain Management, Surgery, Urology, Podiatry, Internal Medicine, Women's Health, and Orthopedics. Other outpatient clinics include Wound care, Sleep studies, and the provision of Durable medical equipment.
