Self-Regulation Training for Veterans
1) Resilience and Coherence self-regulation training - We have trained over 826 adults in Self-regulation and heart coherence practices. 2) Community Leaders & Teams development training and support. We've served 520 adults through 5 organizational training engagements. 3) Advisory, Coaching, and participatory research - we completed two Patient Centered outcome research initiative that trained 15 youth and adults to be violence reduction, peer-support practitioners in their communities. We've upgraded our data capture and measurement lab-kits to incorporate increased heart-brain measurement capacity. Our online platform is now used with all team training clients engagements so the participants now have 24hour access to the training and practice material through an online LMS. We trained over 100 township employees from the Stickney Township, 65 Air Force officer and enlisted senior leaders and are helping a 50 year old housing service nonprofit team design improve their client facing services. We're working with the Nasville police department in a pilot program collaboration so far 52 officers have gone through the program.
