Application format and required materials

Application materials and instructions can be found online at: https://www.northeastonsavingsbank.com/more-resources/community-giving Interested applicants must complete the donation application available on the above-listed website and must be prepared to submit the following materials: a signed W-9 Form; a copy of their 501(c)(3) IRS Designation Letter; a formal grant request letter; and any documents that can be used for Low-to-Moderate (LMI) verification to show that the organization or program you are requesting funds for serves the LMI community. Examples may include an applicant's annual report or brochure that spells out the income demographics the applicant serves, and/or a letter from the applicant's Executive Director on official letterhead stating the percentage of low-to-moderate income individuals benefited by the applicant's programs.

Submission deadlines
Applications are due April 30 for the June cycle and October 31 for the December cycle.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

Our grants support non-profit organizations whose work benefits disadvantaged populations in communities served by North Easton Savings Bank. Grants are available for one-time projects or program expansion.
