Application must be submitted 30 days prior to board of directors meeting.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions
Only one application per calendar year. Use of funds in accordance with application must be certified. Funds not used by specified deadline must be returned.
