THE HEADSUP MISSION IS TO EMPOWER TRANSITIONAL AGE YOUTH TAY TO BREAK THE CYCLE OF CHILDHOOD FAMILY TRAUMA AND REDUCE SOCIAL INEQUITIES THROUGH COMPASSIONATE COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT AND COLLABORATION. OUR VISION IS A COMMUNITY WHERE PEOPLE COME TOGETHER UNITED IN PURPOSE TO PROACTIVELY DISMANTLE BARRIERS AND EMPOWER YOUNG ADULTS FROM CHALLENGING BACKGROUNDS TO THRIVE AS THEY WERE ALWAYS MEANT TO. WE SEE A FUTURE WHERE EVERY YOUNG PERSON IS PROVIDED WITH EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITIES PERSONALIZED SUPPORT AND UNWAVERING ENCOURAGEMENT TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
