OCPPS VISION IS TO CREATE AN INCLUSIVE AND PROSPEROUS ECONOMY WHERE EVERYONE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO SUCCEED AND REALIZE THEIR LIFE ASPIRATIONS.
