Mental Health Services- In 2024 we served approximately. 80 different clients. We received two grants from Evergreen Foundation totaling $35,000 for general operating expenses and salary. Substance Use Services- We served approximately. 20 clients with SUD-specific diagnosis though roughly 3 4 of clients had some SUD exposure. We received a grant from NC Community Foundation to help supplement lost Harm Reduction Supplies and in 2024 spent $398.07. Community Outreach- We assisted approximately. 60 people in 2024 with the following services interventions: establishing a warming center to house homeless community members during the winter months replacing lost items due to the Hurricane providing case management and support to families displaced by the Hurricane and flooding and paying for necessary items to rehome folks. We also supplied daily meals to a day center providing services to unhoused folks in our community.
