Step Springs Expansion Project
As part of its Strategic Plan focused on the goal of serving more men, the Board and Staff of Step Denver have responded to calls from the Colorado Springs community to help address the issues of addiction and homelessness. Step has begun the process of expanding into Colorado Springs. This year, the Step Springs organization was established, and property was purchased. The organization received zoning approval from the city of Colorado Springs. Step Springs has entered into agreements with an architect, general contractor, and an owners representative.
