Voter Registration and Education: Black Leadership Pennsylvania (BLPA) to empower citizens with the knowledge and tools needed to participate confidently in elections. BLPA worked to explain the voting process, key deadlines and educated voters on how to make informed decisions. BLPA also assisted individuals with registered to vote and verifying their registration status.
