Mission Statement
THE PURPOSE OF FUHN COMMUNITY CARE NETOWRK IS TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE A COOPERATIVE NETWORK OF FEDERALLY QUALIFIED HEALTH CENTERS (FQHC) AND OTHER HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS THAT WILL PROVIDE BETTER QUALITY CARE TO PATIENTS THROUGH EFFICIENT AND COLLABORATIVE OPERATIONS AND INNOVATIVE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS.
