OUR MISSION IS TO FOSTER COMMUNITY, PROVIDE SERVICE AND SUPPORT, SAFEGUARD OUR RESIDENTS AGAINST NATURAL DISASTER, AND EMPOWER,EDUCATE,INFORM, AND NURTURE THE TOWN AND RESIDENTS OF KULA. OUR WEBSITE IS A GREAT REPRESENTATION OF WHAT WE DO FOR THE KULA COMMUNITY.
