Applications should include materials that clearly communicate the organization's mission, impact, and specific needs, such as a donation request letter, a summary of the organization's work, an explanation of how any contributions will be used and how the organization practices transparency and accountability with its funding.

Currently limited to 501(c)(3) organizations operating in the following states: Colorado, Illinois, Missouri, Nevada, and Utah. Exceptions may be made in emergency situations.
