End-of-Life Care Leadership and Support
Hospice Giving Foundation provides leadership and direction to help ensure quality, end-of-life care is available to all people, accross Monterey and San Benito counties. The Foundation works closely with funded agencies and partners to establish a more integrated model of care which benefits individuals with serious illness, families, caregivers and health care professionals and organizations.
