Building Industry Technology Academy (BITA) BITA is a program of the California Homebuilding Foundation. BITAs a 4-year high school construction training program currently runs in more than 40 high schools in California with 3 5 new schools on target to implement the program next year.BITAs mission is to provide a trained workforce to meet industry demand, offset worker retirement, and avoid labor shortages.
