SINCE INCEPTION IN 1984, LIIF HAS INVESTED OVER $3.5 BILLION IN COMMUNITIES, SERVING 2.5 MILLION PEOPLE. THIS REPRESENTS 100,000+ AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS THAT WERE CREATED OR PRESERVED TO CREATE A LASTING IMPACT AND ADDRESS MARKET ECONOMIC UNCERTAINTIES.
