ALOHACARE OPERATES FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL PURPOSES, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986 AS AMENDED.
