Housing Navigator Program
The Housing Navigator Program is an initiative of the Chattanooga Housing Authority CHA designed to help individuals and families overcome barriers to securing and maintaining stable housing. Navigators work directly with residents landlords and service partners to identify available rental units assist with applications and documentation and connect households to supportive services such as employment resources transportation and childcare. The program focuses on populations who may struggle to access housing independently - including voucher holders residents transitioning from public housing and individuals experiencing homelessness.
