7.2 Making A Request in Relations to Your Personal Information
The CCPA gives California consumers various rights with respect to the personal information we collect, including the right to (subject to certain limitations):
Request to access the personal information we have about you;
Request a “portable” copy of your personal information that you have submitted to us; and
Request that we delete all of your personal information
California users may make a request by using this interactive webform or by emailing us at email@example.com. We will authenticate your request using the email address associated with your account and if necessary, proof of residency.
7.3. Sale of Personal Information and Right to Opt-Out
Chario does not sell personal information of its users as the term “sell” is traditionally understood. However, “sell” under the CCPA is broadly defined. It includes the sharing of personal information with third parties in exchange for something of value, even if no money changes hands. For example, sharing an advertising or device identifier to a third party may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA.
During the previous twelve months, we may have “sold” the following categories of personal information about users to online advertising services:
Internet or other electronic network activity information
To the extent Chario sells your personal information as the term “sell” is defined under the CCPA, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by us to third parties at any time. You may submit a request to opt-out by clicking the “CA Residents: Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link in the footer of our Websites or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will authenticate your request using the email address associated with your account and if necessary, proof of residency. To submit a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a user, please email us at email@example.com and provide (A) evidence that the agent is a business entity registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California and (B) permission to submit the access or deletion request on the user’s behalf, signed by the user.
We do not have actual knowledge that we sell personal information of minors under 16 years of age.

We and our service providers have implemented and maintain commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to ensure the security and confidentiality of information in our custody and control.
