Prevent Child Abuse North Carolina Ensures that child maltreatment prevention is a priority for North Carolina and all communities have the knowledge, support, and resources to prevent child abuse and neglect. Through investment in innovative programs proven to prevent child maltreatment before it occurs, PCANC helps North Carolina's communities decrease factors that put children at risk for abuse and increase factors that encouragechildren to thrive. Through our offices in Morrisville, we serve every community in North Carolina.
