Exploradoor's mission is to connect Central Indiana teens from marginalized communities to career and skill development opportunities and experiences. We are hyper-focused on increasing black, brown and low income teen engagement with opportunities that prepare and inspire them on their journeys to and through post-secondary careers. Our Exploradoor.com platform and dedicated outreach work together to expand youth program use by communities of color and low income households. Our service also strengthens ad extends the organizational capacity of partnering youth organizations by reducing or supplementing the resources needed for recruitment and marketing.
